What currency are the prices listed in?
All prices on our store is listed in USD ($).
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
At this time, we currently ship within the United States.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow a short time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Because many of our products are customized or made-to-order, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at: naturamosaic2026@outlook.com
We can update the shipping address only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
NaturaMosaic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: naturamosaic2026@outlook.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is verified, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of our products, customized or made-to-order items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We also do not accept returns on:
- Customized or personalized items
- Opened or used skincare products
- Final sale items

What if my package is delayed or lost?
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, NaturaMosaic is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
